The channel is not the whole system
Triangulated evidence separates information needs, relationships, networks, critical incidents, and communication workload in context.
Premise
Communication problems rarely belong to one channel or one survey score. The ICA Communication Audit was built to diagnose an organizational system: what information people need, how they evaluate communication relationships, where formal and informal flows travel, which episodes define experience, and how communication consumes time. Its executive advantage is triangulation. Different evidence streams can corroborate, qualify, or contradict one another before leaders commit to a remedy.
