7–38–55 Formula

Knowledge

The 7–38–55 formula synthesizes verbal, vocal, and facial liking weights from two separate experiments. Its narrow referent is inferred feeling or attitude, especially with inconsistent cues. It does not divide all communication into percentages or support substituting general body language for the facial channel studied.
