Fields
Each field is read within HFSAI, the discipline, through the General Theory of Systemic Initiative, at four scales: the individual, the group, the organization and society.
Each series takes one field and reads it whole — its theories, models, frameworks and tools, one at a time, with the same method: what each explains, where it fails, and what it changes for the decisions an executive actually takes.
Most fields reach leadership as scattered frameworks. A series orders a field so that what reaches the decision is the field itself, not a fragment of it.
