Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

Knowledge

The Intercultural Development Inventory assesses orientations toward cultural differences and commonalities. Contemporary reports distinguish Perceived Orientation from Developmental Orientation to guide developmental discussion. Both are assessment outputs rather than direct observations of competence; interpretation requires the exact version, context, and behavioral follow-up.
