Culturally Endorsed Implicit Leadership Theories (CLT)

Knowledge

Culturally endorsed implicit leadership theories are shared expectations about outstanding leadership. GLOBE organizes them into six broad dimensions, with different patterns of endorsement across contexts. These expectations help interpret leadership judgments; they do not establish actual performance or prescribe one style for every individual.
