Conversational Skills Rating Scale

Knowledge

The Conversational Skills Rating Scale evaluates how competently behaviors are used in conversation. It separates twenty-five behavioral ratings from five global judgments and retains the rater’s perspective. Its instructional clusters guide feedback; neither behavior frequency nor a total score establishes universal competence.
