Organizational Assimilation Index (OAI)

Knowledge

The Organizational Assimilation Index profiles perceived membership processes, including familiarity, acculturation, recognition, involvement, job competency, and role negotiation, with six-dimension and seven-factor versions. Keeping the dimensions, version, and membership history visible helps investigate differing experiences without equating assimilation with conformity, employee quality, a universal integration threshold, or demonstrated intervention success.
