Interpersonal Communication Satisfaction Inventory

Knowledge

The Interpersonal Communication Satisfaction Inventory measures a respondent’s evaluation of a specified conversation through a nineteen-item, largely unidimensional inventory. It supports comparing experiences when encounter and timing remain clear, while satisfaction stays separate from accuracy, competence, goal attainment, and the other participant’s experience, even when reliability is high.
