Examine the assumption before the decision
A protected inquiry can make meanings, loyalties, and defensive reactions observable before ordinary problem solving closes the question.
Premise
Bohm Dialogue changes the purpose of a meeting. Instead of using conversation to reach a decision, negotiate a settlement, or produce recommendations, it creates space for a group to examine how thought and meaning are being produced collectively. For executives, the value lies upstream of decision quality: assumptions that normally travel as invisible facts can become discussable before they harden into plans, positions, and interfunctional blame.
