An objection is not a replacement plan
Role-governed disputation can expose which premise, proof, or inference is actually contested without confusing procedural success with truth.
Premise
Ādāb al-baḥth wa-al-munāẓara is a historical discipline for conducting disagreement under rules. Shams al-Dīn al-Samarqandī’s foundational formulation links claims, objections, evidence, and responses so that each move answers what has actually been put in dispute. For executives, the value is procedural: disagreement becomes traceable rather than a contest of parallel assertions. The discipline is not a modern meeting protocol or validated assessment, and its technical system should not be presented as one.
