Self-Perceived Communication Competence Scale (SPCC)

Knowledge

The SPCC measures perceived communication competence across twelve combinations of context and receiver. Ratings produce context, receiver, and overall averages. Profiles can support inquiry into participation and avoidance, while observed performance, local measurement evidence, and cautious historical comparison remain necessary before confidence is interpreted as demonstrated skill.
