Repertory Grid as a Universal Personality Score

Knowledge

A repertory grid does not yield a universal personality score. Its numbers depend on selected elements, elicited meanings, scales, and analysis. Before comparing people, establish what is genuinely shared and which procedure-specific reliability evidence applies; a similar-looking matrix alone does not create common norms.
