The Organizational Dissent Scale maps reported disagreement directed upward to management, laterally to coworkers, or outside work, depending on the selected version. The later eighteen-item form excludes displaced dissent, so version and audience must remain explicit while routing scores prompt investigation rather than establish loyalty, psychological safety, concern validity, or effective change.
