Organizational Culture Profile

Knowledge

The Organizational Culture Profile compares organizational value descriptions and individual preferences using the same fifty-four statements in a forced Q-sort procedure. Independent organizational assessments and inspection of the profiles preserve differences that a fit correlation can hide, while later Likert revisions require separate identification and similarity does not establish employee suitability.
