Cultural Dimensions Theory

Knowledge

Cultural Dimensions Theory compares aggregate national value patterns across six dimensions that developed through successive research programs. The dimensions can reveal assumptions and generate communication hypotheses, but country scores cannot diagnose individuals or prescribe messages without local evidence about people, institutions, language, and the situation.
