Collective Intelligence Factor

Knowledge

Woolley and colleagues’ collective intelligence factor describes a general dimension of performance across small-group tasks. It identifies a psychometric research construct rather than a platform feature or participation count. Its evidence must retain study conditions and cannot directly validate Lévy’s societal claims or guarantee organizational outcomes.
