Transparency

Knowledge

Organizational transparency concerns the perceived quality of intentionally shared information, including disclosure, clarity, and accuracy. Releasing information alone does not establish transparency, and volume is not a sufficient measure. Connections with stakeholder trust require evidence rather than an assumption that disclosure always increases trust.
